Project Award Process

A bid request from a client can be initiated by which of the following sources?

The Sales team is responsible for preparing a bid to the client.

Materials that the Project Director will review before awarding the project to a Project Manager include: the screener, the participant schedule and any non disclosure agreements needed.

The Project Director will review materials and logistics, set timeline/expectations to kick off and identify the team PM to receive the project.

The Project Director considers the Project Manager’s experience in working with that client when assigning a project to a Project Manager.

The Project Director will include the PTAA and the Project Manager on a new project award email.
