In this course we have looked at what accountability means, why it is important and how to increase accountability in the workplace. You have explored some of the ways of creating a culture of accountability within a team or organization, as well as tools to help you achieve this. Finally we have looked at how to hold a person accountable for delivering on their commitments and responsibilities in a way that allows for positive, supportive working relationships and growth opportunities.
