1.7 Continuous Learning

Course Overview

For many of us, there is a limiting belief that the majority of our learning happens through the time we get our degree or diploma. Sure, we’ll continue to learn we think, but it won’t be with the same vigor that we learned in the classroom, right? Wrong. The most successful people in the world have developed an ability to learn throughout their entire lives.

Furthermore, the pace of change in our world necessitates the ability for continued growth. The days of master/apprentice relationships where we could learn everything we needed to in a certain trade and then become masters in our own right are gone. The landscape has changed and for us to continue to deepen our value in personal and professional settings, we must build the capacity for lifelong learning.

This course will provide insights on why becoming a lifelong learner is so critical and how to become a master at it in both your personal and professional lives.
