With the invention of smart phones, now they are more relevant than ever, since we can pick up the phone and make a call from anywhere and at any time. Given that it’s still so important to use the phone thoughtfully. This course covers proper scenarios to use the phone as well as etiquette. Being able to use the phone appropriately in business can give you the advantage of being more professional and allow for more productive conversations.
