1.2 The Power of Priorities

Course Overview

You are confronted with the paradox of choice: The more options you have, the less likely you are to choose any of them. This is why setting priorities is a key factor in determining how efficient and ultimately, successful, a person is.

This course is designed to introduce several models for setting priorities and help you understand how why and when they can be used.  You’ll have an opportunity to try them out in your own life/work and determine which model you prefer.  Note that different models can be used at different times and the ability to select the appropriate model for the situation is a powerful skill used by highly effective people.
