Course Summary
In this course, we have taken an overview of what kind of person is suitable for a virtual role, how to support your virtual team members with setting up a productive and healthy office space, cultivating good working habits and boundaries, and how to communicate well with your virtual team members. You will hopefully now have a better understanding of what it takes to support and successfully select virtual team members.
