In this course, we have looked at the recruitment process for finding, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding virtual team members. You have learned how to create a good, clear advertisement and where to promote your job vacancy. We have looked at what you can do to prepare well and conduct a successful virtual interview, and how to onboard your chosen candidate in a virtual work environment.
