Activity: 30-Day Challenge
Here’s your challenge to take one big step in your life to move more into a proactive lifestyle. Watch Matt Cutts’ 3-minute TED Talk.
Once you’ve watched it, follow these steps:
- Decide on something you’re going to commit to over the next 30 days.
- Send the video to a friend or colleague whom you think would appreciate it too.
- Tell them what you’re committing to and ask them to commit to something for the next 30 days as well (it can be something large like exercising for an hour a day or something very small like meditating for 2 minutes a day).
- Support and check in on one another over the 30 days.
- At the end of the 30 days, celebrate somehow with your proactivity partner.
- Reflect on the experience.
- Decide if it was meaningful. If it was, do it again.
