Journaling Activity – Know Your Rhythm
Write in your journal about the activity described below.
Think about your natural rhythms and cycles of energy. What time of day do you feel most productive? When does your energy drop? How is your energy in the morning/ after lunch/ towards the later part of the day? Now write out your current schedule for your working day and look at how the two compare. How could you optimize your daily schedule to make the most of your natural energy cycles?
